If you need an evening appointment, just mention it when you get in touch. We are flexible and will do our best to find a time that works for you.

Common questions

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes, completely. There is no charge for your first consultation and no obligation to proceed. We will have an honest conversation about your situation and tell you what is achievable. You decide whether you would like us to take things further.

Do I need to prepare anything before getting in touch?

Not at all. Just reach out and we will do the rest. If you can give us a rough idea of what you are looking to discuss – which is what the enquiry type checkboxes in the form are for – that helps us prepare, but it is not required. Come as you are.

How quickly can I get a mortgage in principle?

In most cases we can get a Mortgage in Principle within 24–48 hours of your initial consultation, once we have the basic information we need. This means you can start house hunting with confidence very quickly.

I am not sure which type of mortgage I need – is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us knowing they need a mortgage but unsure which type is right for their situation. That is precisely what we are here for. Just tick ‘General enquiry / not sure yet’ in the form and we will talk it through with you.

Can I contact you outside office hours?

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, please mention it when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you. You can always leave a message or send an email outside of hours and we will come back to you first thing.
